(This list consists mostly of things which cause me feelings of trauma or discomfort. The proper way to deal with such things when interacting with me is to not bring them up at all as to avoid any type of panic or emotional / mental distress.)
-W**d, people who do w**d, or W**d related references or terms (420 blaze it, etc)
I have intense cannaphobia (I suppose that is what it's called although it's not really a fear, mainly it's just trauma), so please do not talk about this around me or in any space which you'd know I'd see it. Having it mentioned around me triggers panic attacks which can range from minor to severe and it is not fun at all.
-B*ngs and also other paraphanalia relating to my 1st and most intense trigger
-Talking to or just generally interacting with people who are high or drunk
-People & close friends talking about experiences of them doing drugs
-People & close friends talking about wanting to do drugs
-Seeing art of my comfort characters or ocs that may relate to my triggers or even just generally anything unpleasant
